We usually reply within a few business days. We cannot offer one-to-one tax advice, but we are always happy to explain how a tool works or fix something that is not right.
Reporting an error
Accuracy matters to us, especially for the federal deductions for tips and overtime pay. If a number looks wrong or a rule has changed, tell us which page it is on and what the correct figure should be, ideally with a link to IRS.gov. We check every report against the official source and update the page - and its "Updated" date - when it needs it.
What we can and cannot help with
We can answer questions about how the calculators and guides work, correct mistakes, and take suggestions for new tools or clearer explanations. What we cannot do is give you personalised tax advice or make decisions for your own situation - for that, please speak to a qualified tax professional or the IRS.
